General Statement of Duties:

This position is responsible for providing customer service to the public and representing MRD in all aspects. As the Customer Service Representative, you will serve as MRD's receptionist This position is a part-time position with 20-25 hours available.

Supervision Received: This position reports directly to the Customer Services Specialist. The Lead Customer Service Representatives will supervise the CSRs during their shift.

Position Qualifications

Experience: This position is an entry level position. Computer skills are required. Bilinguals preferred. 

Education or Training: N/A.

License and Certification: N/A.

Work Environment: Office environment with extensive public contact. Irregular work hours including seasonal variations, evening, weekend, and some holiday hours.

Physical Conditions: Primary functions may require walking, standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time. This position may require some moderate lifting and working primarily indoors.

Compensation: An hourly wage and an individual membership to the Community Recreation Center.
